UNI-T digital resistance meter UT513A, up to 5kV

The UT513A series digital resistance meter can measure the insulation resistance of large transformers, generators, high voltage motors and more. The measurement data can be analyzed by computer software. The UT513A can produce a test voltage of up to 5 kV.
